Why do we celebrate Valentine’s Day? Frankly, no one is sure. Some say that it is a day dedicated to a Saint Valentine; others say it is a modern day version of a spring-time fertility ritual. But no one really knows which is the real reason.

Regardless of the origin, modern day Valentine's Day Celebration is a day to celebrate the love and romance in your life. It is the day to tell your loved one how important they are to you. Most of us, due to the fast paced of modern life, give little more than what is ‘required’ on this day. We buy a card, give a gift and feel that our ‘obligation’ has been fulfilled. But if it is about fulfilling an obligation, then perhaps we have missed the point of Valentine's Day Celebration.
